A UNIQUE TERROIR

Shape

How to speak about Languedoc without mentioning the extraordinary variety of landscapes, reliefs which stands it as step successions that’s face up the Mediterranean stage. Coastal plains adapted to the sea, sets and mountains form a huge natural amphitheatre where was played during centuries the history without concession of a region of incomparable beauties contrast.

Landscapes full of spices which we begin to believe is their den, their hidden garden. Country with fire’s inside; thyme, aspic, rosemary, sage, serpolet, sariette, are born in the wild state in the calcareous and hot Garrigues; there parsley, dill, fennel scoop out their vigour from soil permeable and cool. Aromatic lands which fill vineyards: note of saffron, dawned of anise, accent of clove, fragrance of génevrier answer in bunch of echoes, of Appellation in Appellation, in Languedoc.
