At what time do we check in/out?
Arrivals are from 3.30 pm and departure at 11 am
Is it a smoker establishement ?
Of course not, by respect and for the comfort of our guests, we have smokers space in the garden
Is this establishement with wifi ?
Yes it is
Do you have a SPA/Fitness? What time does it open?
Yes we have from 9 am to 7 pm Sauna and Steam and 24 hours Jaccuzzi

In Saint Jean de Fos , go to Montpeyroux direction and take right to chemin des plots just before the bus stop.

Yes you can store it in the cellar
We arrived by plane/ train ; Do you have a transfer?
We have a compagny we can call with special rate. you can ask us at any time.
Does it has a valet service?
We don't have this kind of service at the moment...
What se have in the guest room
Our rooms are all equipped with reversible climate controle,ketlle, shower and/ or bath welcome products,towels wardrobe, bathrobe, flat TV, WI FI, hairdryer, coffee machine Nespresso.
Can we come with our pet ?
Yes we accept pets, with a supplement of 7€ per night.
From what time is the breakfast open?
Breakfast it's from 9 to 10h30 am
I have some gluten allergy/ i'm vegan?
Just inform us when you booked, we will prepare you a different meal
Can we change the booking date?
You can depending our disponibility and if you have selectionned the offer " modifiable,Refundable, cancellable". If you don't have this option and you booked by inadvertency, call us soon as possible.
I change my mind What can i do?
You must call your personal travel insurance

We accept all credit card and cash
When do you charge my credit card?
If you have a speciale offer you pay the departure day, other way we ask a pre autorisation.
Is the Swimming pool adapted for childs ?
The acces is free but with rules for child under 16. They must be accompanied by a adult
Do you have baby bed ?
Yes we have and it' free. Inform us when you make your booking.

It's start a 7.30 to 10 pm
When is the Cellar visit?
Every day at 6.00 pm and during one hour. Reservation needs to be done in advance
